He is a veteran of very high standing management skill and a successful entrepreneur who is associated with many educational institutes which are engaged in vocational training in fire and industrial safety management and these educational institutes have created niche for themselves in the market and have very strong placement tract records.
Mr. Rajesh Agrawal heads the manufacturing and R & D department at Mathura. He has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from India. Has extensive experience in operation, testing and commissioning of fire service equipments and appliances. He has developed Emergency Preparedness & Response plans & conducted job hazards analysis.
Shri N P Singh, Ex- Dy. Comdt/CISF (Fire), M.Sc. (Physics) L.T. having served with central industrial security force for over 34 years retired on superannuation form Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Hazira (Surat) in Oct 2010. During his tenure of service, he has done Sub-Officer Course (Fire) with honor, Station Officer Course (Fire) with Gold Medal and Divisional Officer Course (Fire) with Gold Medal from National Fire Service College Nagpur. In addition he has done various courses of Security, High Tech- Integrated Industrial Security Management and attended many important seminar and conferences related to fire prevention, fire protection and fire safety audits. He has served in various high fire risk plants as head of the fire services i.e. Steel Plants, Super Power Stations, Ports, and Oil Terminals of IOC and HPCL, Petrochemical and Fertilizer Plants, ONGC, IOC, etc.
He has done Intermediate, Fire Course, Fire Instr Course, PT & Drill Sub Insp Course, Disaster Management Course CISF from NIS, Hyderabad and is working experience more than 24 Years.
As Head Constable/CISF (Fire) he has worked for more than 26 years in various Govt., PSU and Fire Training Colleges and also worked for one year as Senior Instructor at Institute of Fire Safety and Disaster Management Studies, Vadodara.
He has completed Post Graduation in Political Science and Certificate in Computer.
