R. L. Brijbasi Academy for Fire and Disaster Management is located at in the heart of holi city Mathura (UP). It is primarily devoted for imparting training in the most scientific methods of Fire Prevention, Fire Protection, Fire Engineering, Rescue Techniques & Industrial Fire safety, Disaster Management Planning and handling of most modern day fire fighting implements by firemen trainees, Fire Technology & Industrial Safety Management, other personnel and fireman from industries, who come for refresher courses to the Institute.
The Institute has the latest equipment used for fire fighting and extinction. It is well equipped with a good library, excellent videos to cover all aspects of practical fire fighting, highly trained and professional faculty for imparting quality training.
The recent past has seen a surge in industrial growth across the length and breadth of India. Hydrocarbon industrial and petrochemical units, refineries and other giant industries are fast dotting the landscape. This rapid industrial growth has also seen, some very devastating fire incidents, which have left crores worth of property destroyed and a large number of lives lost. Though most industrial houses have some fire fighting facilities, yet they lack adequately trained fire fighting personnel. The fire training institutes, presently available in the country, are unable to meet this growing demand of trained and motivated clan of fire fighters.
The Institute projects itself, as one such Institute, which in years to come, will provide, requisite quality manpower of trained firemen and fire Officers, who will prove to be a boon to the industry. Our vision is to ensure that the personnel after completion of required course from our Institute must be qualitatively superior, well conversant and practical trained in the latest fire fighting techniques.

We have at the Institute the latest fire fighting and rescue equipments, training aids, fire fighting hydrants service, risers and the latest smoke detecting equipment deployed with sprinklers to create a training ambience that would enhance latest technological changes in fire fighting drills.
